NKF Donation Appreciation

We are deeply grateful to the National Kidney Foundation (NKF) for their kind acknowledgement of our temple’s contribution in support of kidney patients in Singapore.

With the temple’s continued support, 15 dialysis machines—vital lifelines for patients who rely on life-sustaining dialysis treatment—have been provided and installed at The Hour Glass–NKF Dialysis Centre, located at Block 701 West Coast Road. Each machine bears a naming plate in recognition of the temple’s contribution. This donation is expected to benefit approximately 90 kidney patients over a period of eight years, offering them renewed hope and sustained care.

In addition, the temple has also contributed towards the provision of plastic cannulas (soft plastic needles) used for overnight dialysis treatments. This support helps enhance patient safety and comfort during night dialysis sessions. In appreciation, a donor acknowledgment bearing the temple’s name has been displayed on the donor recognition wall at the NKF Dialysis Centre supported by The Singapore Contractors Association Ltd (SCAL), located at Block 840 Yishun Street 81.

Through these initiatives, we hope to continue supporting meaningful healthcare efforts and bringing care, compassion, and hope to the wider community.

国立肾脏基金会(NKF）捐赠鸣谢

本庙谨此衷心感谢国立肾脏基金会（National Kidney Foundation, NKF）对本庙善款捐赠的肯定与致谢。

在本庙持续的支持下，共捐赠15 台透析机，为依赖透析治疗维持生命的肾病患者提供重要的生命支持。这批透析机已安置于位于西海岸路第701座的 Hour Glass–NKF 透析中心，每台机器上均附有本庙名称的铭牌，以示感谢。此项捐赠预计在八年内惠及约 90 名肾病患者，为他们带来持续的关怀、生命与希望。

此外，本庙亦慷慨捐助夜间透析所使用的软性塑料套管针（Plastic Cannulas），以提升夜间透析患者的安全性与舒适度。作为致谢，国立肾脏基金会已在位于义顺81街第840座、由新加坡承包商协会（SCAL）支持的 NKF 透析中心的捐赠鸣谢墙上，设置刻有本庙名称的鸣谢铭牌。

本庙将继续秉持慈悲与关怀之心，支持有意义的医疗与社会公益项目，与社会各界携手，为社区带来温暖与希望。
